Roasted Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Cut cauliflower into florets and cut florets into slices. 

  3. Toss cauliflower in olive oil and spices.

  4. Spread cauliflower evenly onto baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown with crispy edges. Agitate cauliflower every 5 minutes to ensure even browning.
