Frank's Crispy Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

  • 1 Tbsp Frank’s Red Hot Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup powdered parmesan ( I use Kraft)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray

  2. Cut cauliflower into florets and cut florets into slices. 

  3. Toss cauliflower in olive oil and seasonings.

  4. Spread cauliflower evenly onto baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown with crispy edges. Stir cauliflower every 5 minutes to ensure even browning.
