Frank's Crispy Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 Tbsp Frank’s Red Hot Seasoning
1/4 cup powdered parmesan ( I use Kraft)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray
Cut cauliflower into florets and cut florets into slices.
Toss cauliflower in olive oil and seasonings.
Spread cauliflower evenly onto baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown with crispy edges. Stir cauliflower every 5 minutes to ensure even browning.
