Lemon & Harissa Broccoli

INGREDIENTS
1 head of broccoli cut into florets
1/4 cup olive oil
zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp ground harissa powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick spray.
Whisk together oil, lemon zest, juice, harrissa, salt and pepper.
Toss broccoli in seasoning mixture.
Spread broccoli out onto baking sheet.
Roast until fork tender. About 15-20 minutes.
