Lemon & Harissa Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of broccoli cut into florets

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tsp ground harissa powder

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick spray.

  2. Whisk together oil, lemon zest, juice, harrissa, salt and pepper.

  3. Toss broccoli in seasoning mixture.

  4. Spread broccoli out onto baking sheet.

  5. Roast until fork tender. About 15-20 minutes.
