Tzatziki Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic, grated or minced (this is a really garlicky sauce. You can use less if you prefer)
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large food processor, mince cucumber.
Using a kitchen cloth ring the liquid out of the cucumber.
In a bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
Great on kefta and lamb burgers or served as a dip with pita.
