Faux-Carnitas
INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground pork
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add ground pork and break apart.
Add seasonings.
Cook until bits of the pork get brown and crispy. About 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Tastes just like pork carnitas without any of the work!
