Wonton Chips
INGREDIENTS
Package of wonton wrappers, cut in half diagonally (usually found by the tofu)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup seasoning blend or flaky sea salt (choose a spice blend with salt or add some. I use Trader Joe’s everything bagel seasoning)
1/2 cup finely grated hard cheese like parmesan (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Lay wonton triangles on baking sheet. They can be pretty close together.
Brush lightly with oil using a basting or pastry brush.
Sprinkle with seasonings and cheese.
Bake chips in batches for 8-6 minutes, or until chips are crispy and golden brown
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
This is a great recipe to get creative. All you need is some sort of oil and spices. Go nuts!
